- The governing standard and rating on the drawing (ASTM F2656 M30/M40/M50, K-rating, IWA 14-1)
- Clear opening widths and how many entries
- Approach length and whether there is a guardhouse
- Fence footage if anti-ram fence is in scope
- Power availability at each gate and the access control platform on site
- Geotechnical report, if one exists
